เนื่องในโอกาสวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ขอบทุกปี เป็นวันที่องค์การอนามัยโลก (World Health Organization, WHO) และสมาคมต่อต้านมะเร็งสากล (Union for International Cancer Control, UICC) กำหนดให้เป็นวันมะเร็งโลก (World cancer day) ทางเรากลุ่ม Everyday we know จึงได้จัดทำโปสเตอร์เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักถึงปัญหาการเจ็บป่วย และเสียชีวิตจากโรคมะเร็ง
โรคมะเร็งเป็นปัญหาสุขภาพที่สำคัญซึ่งทำให้มีผู้คนเสียชีวิตก่อนวัยอันควรมากกว่า 9 ล้านคนในแต่ละปี อย่างไรก็ตามอย่างน้อยหนึ่งในสามของผู้ที่ตรวจพบโรคมะเร็งได้เร็ว สามารถยับยั้งได้ถ้าหากได้รับการรักษาที่ถูกต้อง อีกทั้งข้อมูล และความรู้ที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับโรคมะเร็ง ยังสามารถช่วยให้เราทุกคนสังเกตุตัวเอง และรับรู้สัญญาณเตือนล่วงหน้าได้อีกด้วย ทำให้เราสามารถรับมือกับความกลัว และความเข้าใจผิดเกี่ยวกับมะเร็งได้
คุณสามารถทำอะไรได้บ้างเพื่อช่วยเราในการรณรงค์ครั้งนี้
- กรอกแบบฟอร์มของเราเพื่อลงทะเบียน
- ทางเราจะทำการจัดส่งใบปลิว และโปสเตอร์ให้กับคุณ
- รอรับใบปลิว และโปสเตอร์ที่พิมพ์แล้ว ที่บ้านของคุณ
- นำใบปลิวไปแจกให้กับคนอื่นๆ และนำไปโปสเตอร์ไปแปะในที่ที่สามารถมองเห็นได้ง่าย (เช่น โรงเรียน, สถานที่อื่นๆ)
- ถ่ายภาพหลักฐานขณะแจกจ่ายใบปลิว และส่งกลับมาให้เรา (ไม่บังคับ)

Cancer is a critical health issue that causes more than 9 million premature deaths each year. Yet, at least one third of cancer can be prevented by increased awareness and accurate information and knowledge can empower all of us to recognise early warning signs, make informed choices about our health and counter our own fears and misconceptions about cancer.
We Everydayweknow, a student led organisation decided to take action by making infographic leaflet and posters that can be distributed to raise awareness educate people about cancer. To maximise exposure of our posters, we need your kind cooperation and help to distribute this infographic around your neighborhood.
What can you do to help us raise awareness.
- Fill out our form to register.
- We deliver the leaflets and posters.
- Wait for the printed leaflet and poster to be delivered right at your door.
- Go out in your neighborhood and spread the word (hand out leaflets to people at your local convenience store, hand out some to your neighbor, read it to your grandparents etc.)
- Paste the poster where can be easily seen (eg. school, office, town, fitness, library bulletin board)
- Take some picture when you are distributing the leaflet and send it back to us (optional)
